Students will be hired through Temp Associates. Pre-employment drug screen and satisfactory background check will be required. Intern housing options are available at William Penn University in Oskaloosa.

What You Will Do As a Communications Intern
- Develop cross-functional relationships and learn about Musco.
- Research and write/produce internal content for the Musco Intranet.
- Research and write/produce external content for Musco social media channels.
- Create infographics, videos, and other visual content for internal and external communications.
- Support the overall Musco internship program by promoting and co-hosting intern events and developing content to promote the internship program.
- Support communication and delivery of Musco Team events and our involvement in external events.
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in journalism & mass communications, public relations, advertising, or marketing.
- Junior- or senior-year student.
- Previous internship experience is helpful.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively.
- Experience with developing simple graphics and photo editing.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to follow directions and ask questions.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Self-motivated and the ability to multitask.
- Competency in Microsoft Office.
