The Musco Warranty Team is currently seeking a Control-Link Coordinator – Commissioning – New Projects to work from our Oskaloosa office. This position will focus on tracking projects to installation and provide follow-up testing after installation to ensure controls and monitoring system is online and functioning correctly and provide frontline customer service by taking daily inbound customer calls. What You Will Do As a Control-Link Coordinator
- Track Control-Link projects from shipment to installation
- Assist installing contractor (or customer) with product installation and commissioning by phone using automated commissioning and testing process to bring online
- Answer inbound phone calls from customers, technical support staff, and escalated calls from Control-Link staff
- Provide technical support to customers, Contractors, and Field Services when they contact and provide troubleshooting, follow-through, and resolution to the problem
- Gather and input customer information into internal systems
- Provide additional technical support, as needed, to Control-Link Coordinator-Monitors by following up with inoperable units and providing resolution to get them operable
- Other duties as assigned
- Strong analytical, problem solving and customer service skills incorporating a proactive approach
- Ability to communicate technical information via telephone and email
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, email, and familiarity with using the Internet
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle pressure while dealing with multiple priorities
- Overall strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Musco products and services
- Two year technical degree preferred with a focus on electrical concepts and principles.
- Three years’ experience working with electrical installations and troubleshooting in a commercial or light industrial environment is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with electronics, project management, and technical customer support is a plus.
- Working a regular rotation (once every 6-8 weeks) of “on-call” support during early morning and weekend hours for Control-Link Operators is required. A cell phone, computer equipment, and internet access from home will be provided.
- Occasional travel may be required
