What You'll Do:

Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and design solutions that make an impact.

Develop interactive e-learning modules, instructional videos, and engaging training materials.

Implement evidence-based instructional design strategies to enhance learning outcomes.

Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and iterate for continuous improvement.

Share best practices with a team of Instruction Designers to learn from each other.

Creative Wizardry - You know how to make even the driest subject matter come alive.

Tech Savvy - You speak the language of Articulate, Adobe, or any tool needed to craft magic. Experience with Learning Management Systems preferred.
