Product Release Manager

The Musco Product Development Engineering Team is currently seeking a Product Release Manager to work from our Oskaloosa office. This position will be specifically focused on the release of products to our internal team. This Includes establishing timelines, planning, coordinating development, testing and deployment. What you will do as a Product Manager:
- Define the scope and timeline for each release
- Develop comprehensive specifications for IT development teams
- Oversee and manage dependencies across multiple teams involved in the release process
- Monitor project progress against key milestones and ensure teams meet deadlines
- Identify potential risks and implement strategies for mitigation
- Effectively communicate release plans to all relevant parties
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders
- Perform additional duties as required
What you need to be successful:
- Bachelors degree in engineering.
- 3-5 years Experience
- Excellent project management abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Capacity to quickly learn and navigate Musco production document systems
- Experience applying project management methodologies to ensure on-time delivery
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire teams
