What are the responsibilities and job description for the Traffic Assistant position at Musco Sports Lighting?
Primary Purpose:
To support the development and communication of shipment and delivery plans. The desired candidate will have experience and strengths in customer service, with a background of relationship building in a professional capacity.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of service to customers and contractors when scheduling delivery of our products.
- Participate in or initiate team efforts to satisfy customer/contractor requests
- Develop working relationships with contractors, customers, and transportation companies
- Set up Return Material Authorization with our customers, contractors, and carriers
- Review and approve all freight invoices for accuracy and payment
- Provide general support to both Domestic and International Traffic operations
- Other duties as assigned
