DESCRIPTION OF ASSIGNMENT: The purpose of this position is to create high-quality design materials for both print and digital platforms to support MCN Health’s communications and marketing strategies. The role will involve designing materials such as brochures, posters, website content, social media graphics, and digital signage. This position is located at the Council Oak Comprehensive Healthcare in Tulsa, OK.
REQUIREMENTS: A Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. An Associate’s Degree is required. A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in graphic design is required. An equivalent amount of experience may be substituted for the educational requirement. EVALUATION METHODS: Applicants who meet the requirements described above will be evaluated to determine the extent to which they possess or have the potential to acquire knowledge, skills, abilities, and personal characteristics (KSAP's) required of this position. Applicants should address the following KSAP's on a separate attachment to their application. Knowledge and skill sufficient to perform a moderately difficult range of nursing care.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) for creating both print and digital assets.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and ability to handle a variety of design styles.
- Attention to detail for ensuring the accuracy and consistency of designs across platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience and knowledge of tribes and tribal designs is a plus, with a focus on incorporating cultural elements into creative work.
- Experience with website management and digital signage is a plus.
