Full-Time/Part-Time: Full Time
Summary:
Responsible for providing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage service to all guests in an efficient, courteous and professional manner displaying a high standard of customer service.
Responsibilities:
1. Provides constant, attentive and exceptional service to casino and banquet event guests while serving beverages.
2. Review assigned BEOs on a daily basis and execute assigned events as directed by banquet captain.
3. Completes all side work in a timely and satisfactory manner to insure a clean, neat work area that is adequately stocked at all times.
4. Ensure proper storage and cleanliness of equipment before and following events.
5. Assist all guests as needed.
6. Stays informed and up-to-date with all daily changes in menus, pricing, special events, and promotions.
7. Must comply with all Oklahoma State liquor laws and MNGE Community Alcoholic Beverage Ordinance.
8. Reacts to change productively and handles other essential tasks as assigned.
9. Handles cash and credit card transactions efficiently.
10. Perform banquet server, barback and setup duties as needed.
11. Additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or GED EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in bar operations is preferred.
Casino experience preferred.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
MCN OPG Gaming License is required.
Key positions require knowledge and application of Title 31 reporting requirements.
Tulsa County Food Handler’s Card is required for all F&B positions.
Liquor License from the Able Commission is also required for F&B front of house positions.
Must have the ability to pass comprehensive background check, drug test, and obtain gaming license as required.
