Summary:
Responsible for providing a positive first and last impression to guests when they arrive and leave the casino. Always prompt and presents a friendly and professional image at the casino.
Responsibilities:
1. Greet guests entering/leaving the Casino, Hotel, MNGE vehicle or other on/off property site locations; provides information to passengers on broad range of topics such as: general landmarks of Tulsa, games offered at Casino, orientation of Casino layout/services, designated pick up/drop off locations, transportation schedules and passenger safety requirements during transit. If requested, provide physical assistance when entering/leaving MNGE vehicles.
2. Places numbered tag on the automobile windshield to be parked, and hands guest similar tag to be used in locating parked automobile, and drives vehicle to designated valet parking area.
3. Takes numbered tag from guest, locates automobile, and delivers it to guest.
4. Signals or directs vehicle drivers with hands or flashlight to the parking area.
5. Keeps parking area in order.
6. Keeps parking stand/office in order.
7. Lifts, positions, and removes barricades to open or close parking areas. Notifies Security immediately if there is an automobile accident or injury in the parking lot.
8. Prepares daily reports as required.
9. Maintains a professional appearance at all times.
10. Assures prompt, courteous service to all customers, internal and external.
11. Adheres to casino company department policies and procedures at all times
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION
Ability to read, write and understand English. High School Diploma or GED preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Basic computer skills, including email, time-clocks/electronic time-clocks.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
Valid Oklahoma driver’s license, able to drive manual and automatic vehicles.
Must have the ability to pass comprehensive background check, drug test, and obtain gaming license when required.
