Join our elite team of Operations Associates, where you play a pivotal role in assisting in operations to ensure our mover athletes deliver unparalleled moving services.
As a Local Residential Operations Associate, your role will involve supporting customer communication and coordinating moving teams. You'll apply critical thinking skills to ensure the efficient completion of moves within established timelines. This position reports to the Operations Supervisor.
Schedule : 11 AM-7 PM Monday through Thursday and Saturday; scheduled off days are Friday and Sunday. Shifts may vary based on seasonality and business needs.
Pay Rate : $50,000-60,000 per year

Operations Associate Primary Responsibilities :
Record crew start and end times by updating the job board.Communicate effectively with customers and crew members.Assist in coordinating daily activities involving dispatch, operations assistants, warehouse personnel, drivers, and service crew.Collaborate with other management personnel to formulate administrative and operational policies and procedures.Utilize critical thinking to manage routes for crew members and trucks.Document and counsel employees, van operators, and service crew as needed, aligning with annual plan goals.Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.Prioritize and re-prioritize tasks as situations and needs evolve throughout the workday.Multi-task and organize workflow to manage daily responsibilities, meet deadlines, and prioritize work.Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Pay meticulous attention to detail and follow through on tasks.Work efficiently under deadlines and specific time frames.Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers.Solve practical problems and address a variety of concrete variables in situations with limited standardization.Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.Notate drivers who meet 30 min. pay requirements on the board.Issue truck keys and tablets to crews.Ensure all jobs are covered and dispatched within expected limits.Confirm jobs are dispatched to the correct crew in the CRM.Build a dispatch board for the next day, assigning power units and crews to meet all requirements.Serve as a backup to rate bills as crews complete jobs.Ensure all equipment is returned at the end of the day.Confirm all trucks are locked.Confirm the alarm is set, and the building is secure before leaving for the evening.Operations Associate Requirements & Qualifications :
Possess a minimum of 1 year of operations experience.Possess a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe, and Outlook.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and connect ideas with others.Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new challenges seamlessly.Energetic and vibrant attitude, demonstrating a proactive approach and a commitment to task completion.Preference for candidates committed to ongoing training and education.Work Location : In person only
