Pay Rate & Benefits
OTR Pay is based on mileage and trip metrics, with a competitive rate of up to 90 cents per mile, plus bonuses.
- Day Rates are provided for completed jobs and local work, ensuring steady pay.
- Tips, commissions, and monthly bonuses are available immediately, offering additional earning potential.

OTR CDL Primary Responsibilities
Some physical labor may be required; however, you will be required to secure and lead lumpers / labor to help with loading and unloading.
