The current members at this time are SDNeurosurgery (SDN), South Bay Neurosurgery (SBNS), and Back2Life Pain Management (B2LPM). We are developing a U.S. Observership Program for International Medical Graduates (IMGs).

We combine the latest in neurosurgical technology with a comprehensive approach to patient care at MSK MSO, facilitating an unparalleled path to learning. Our Observership Program is carefully designed to offer international medical graduates broad exposure to the full spectrum of neurosurgery — both surgical and non-surgical.

Clinical Experience:

Surgical Procedures:

• Complex spine surgeries
• Brain tumor resections
• Intrathecal Pain Pump implementations
• Vagal Nerve Stimulator placements
• Minimally invasive techniques

Non-Surgical Experience:

• Outpatient clinic consultations
• Pre and post-operative care
• Diagnostic procedures
• Treatment planning sessions

U.S. Healthcare System Exposure:

• Insurance and billing procedures
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
• Hospital protocols and safety measures
• Patient care coordination
• Medical documentation standards
