Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales presentations and communicate with potential customers to promote our clients' products
- Identify and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish language skills are a plus)
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but not required
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome challenges
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being able to work independently
