WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As a Financial Aid Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless financial aid processing and compliance within a higher education environment. You will be responsible for configuring and supporting Banner Financial Aid modules, integrating with FAFSA and COD systems, and troubleshooting student packaging issues to ensure accurate and timely aid distribution.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Configure, maintain, and support Banner Financial Aid modules.
- Integrate financial aid systems with FAFSA, COD, and other regulatory platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve student packaging and award processing issues.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional financial aid regulations.
- Collaborate with financial aid offices and IT teams to enhance system functionality.
- Develop and maintain reports and data analysis tools to monitor financial aid processing.
WHAT MATTERS TO US:
- 2 years of experience working with federal financial aid systems.
- Hands-on experience with Banner Financial Aid modules and regulatory reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of FAFSA, COD, and financial aid compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and effectively communicate technical solutions.

Muse Technologies offers its employees' salaries that are commensurate with their experience, and that are market compatible. This position may have multiple duty locations in the Washington, DC metropolitan commuting area. The employee will be expected to report to various work locations as directed without additional compensation for travel.
