Responsibilities

- Provide individualized attention to children to support their unique learning needs.

- Incorporate play-based learning activities that enhance children's creativity and critical thinking skills.
- Ensure the health and safety of all children in your care by following established protocols, including first aid procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in childcare or caregiving, preferably in a preschool setting.
- Strong behavior management skills to maintain an organized classroom environment.
- Ability to educate young children effectively, utilizing various teaching methods tailored to their developmental stages.
- Experience working with students with special education needs is a plus.
- Knowledge of toddler care principles and practices is essential.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with children, parents, and staff members.
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly desirable.
