What You'll Accomplish
The Talent Acquisition Associate will partner with Hiring Managers and candidates to drive the full-lifecycle recruiting process for job opportunities across the Museum. Additionally, this role will be responsible for collaborating with other members of the Human Resources department to streamline the new hire onboarding process.
- Manage the candidate journey from application through onboarding, providing an inclusive and positive experience
- Act as a trusted advisor to Museum of Science Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment cycle, educating them on hiring best practices and market trends
- Utilize creative sourcing techniques to build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines
- Oversee job postings via Greenhouse, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels
- Participate in recruiting events, meet-ups, and community engagement opportunities to build relationships and drive our employer branding
- Execute all administrative tasks throughout the recruitment process
- Participate in initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the museum
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Adopt an "excellence in execution" mindset to position the Talent Acquisition department as a center of trust within the museum.
This is a hybrid position. We are looking for someone who can be onsite at the Museum every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, and occasional Wednesdays.

Salary Range
65,000—$80,000 USD
