Position Summary
The Customer Service Specialist’s main duty is providing quality and efficient customer service to museum guests and customers by maximizing every interaction.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls and maintaining an elevated level of professionalism with customers. Ensure e-mails and webchat are answered within specified time frame Build sustainable and lasting relationships with MOTB customers Proactively seeks out new ways to be more efficient and effective. Supports customer acquisition and retention plans Support all Museum of the Bible departments and their processes.
Education
Bachelor’s degree
