POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Director of Development Events & Operations, this position serves as a VIP Coordinator for all major donor and VIP tours. This individual will be responsible for all administrative duties aligned with the VIP department such as arranging and coordinating VIP tours, communication before and after tours, inputting data into Salesforce, and notify relevant parties of upcoming visitors. This position will interacting with VIPs via digital channels and in-person and must be able to represent the ‘white glove’ customer service philosophy of Museum of the Bible.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with Director of Development Events & Operations, Chief Development Officer, and VIP Tour guides
- Arrange and execute VIP and major donor tours
- Input and track data pertaining to VIP and donor visits into Salesforce
- Work with Development Hospitality team to ensure donor requests are met
- Working with Development leadership, ensure there is a relationship manager assigned to each VIP
- Assist with special events and on-site production when needed
- Begin tour-guide training as job duties and responsibilities are honed and determined by supervisor
- Provide monthly report that assesses key performance indicators as appropriate
- Must be available for occasional evening and weekend work, as well as special events requiring VIP Tours presence
- Ideal candidate will be teachable, relational, detail-oriented and consistent. Professionalism and confidentiality is a key component of this role as this position works alongside the most public-facing roles at the museum. We will rely on this role often to consistently communicate with our donors, VIP’s and leadership at the museum. We expect all communication, verbal or non, to align specifically to the mission and vision of Museum of the Bible, always keeping with the brand and voice of the museum. Passionate about the Bible and will champion our mission to invite all people to engage with the transformative power of the Bible.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge
Knowledge
- Bachelor’s Degree in communications, Public Relations, Art, Marketing, Theater, Hospitality Management, Development, or related field.

- As required, inclusion in official or incidental photographs and videos for MOTB and/or guests.
