What We're Looking For:
We seek skilled musicians who are dedicated to teaching and mentoring students of varying ages and skill levels. As a Music Teacher, you will be responsible for creating an engaging and supportive learning environment that fosters student growth and development.
- Teaching music lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels
- Building positive relationships with students and parents through regular communication, goal-setting, and progress updates
- Partnering with store teams to schedule lessons and encourage student retention
- Sharing your musical expertise to inspire students and foster their growth
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or equivalent experience
- Two years of music teaching experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Ambitious candidates may also consider:
- Advanced degrees (Master's or Doctoral) in Music
- Professional teaching memberships or certifications
- Eight or more years of teaching experience, especially with multiple instruments
