Description
The Event Staff position is a vital support for live events held at and produced by Music and Event Management Inc's performance venues that include Riverbend Music Center, PNC Pavilion, the Taft Theatre and The Andrew J Brady Music Center ® .
Job duties consist of Patron Relations, Crowd Control, Ticket Taking and Ushering. The schedule for this position is in the evening and during weekends.
Requirements
The position requires strong customer service skills ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all patrons and guests.
Event Staff will routinely be required to stand and walk for periods of 4 to 9 hours in outdoor and indoor locations. Additionally, Event Staff should be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
