Someone with an appreciation for the arts and music is desirable, although not necessary, for this position.
Work hours: Thursday, Friday 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Saturday 8:15 am to 3:00 pm.
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our organization, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and managing front desk operations.
Job Responsibilities:
-Greet students and visitors
-Ensure efficient administration of the front desk- answer all inquiries in a timely manner, manage appointments, accept payments for lessons and products, assist with other administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain school areas clean and organized
-Contribute to organizational planning for bi-annual music recitals

Customer Service: Provide effective solutions and follow-up with current and potential customers
Computer Skills: proficiency with Gmail and Mindbody (this software can be taught during training)

Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
