We are looking for a Receptionist to join our Front Office Team in Spring Hill. You will welcome guests and greet people. You will coordinate front-desk administrative activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. To be successful you should have a customer service mind set in all that you do. Multitasking and prioritization skills are essential for this position.
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct guests positively
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Perform all administrative duties to high quality standards
- Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Customer Service Rep. or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Customer service mind set
- High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
- Automotive Industry Experience is highly desired
- Automotive Title Experience is a plus
Work Hours
- Monday 8:30-5pm
- Tuesday 8:30-7:30pm
- Wednesday 8:30-5pm
- Thursday 8:30-5pm
- Friday 8:30-1pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
