Job Summary
Assists the Clinic Managers with daily operations of the clinic, including efficiently running all shifts.
General Accountabilities

Responsible for opening/closing clinic, monitoring clinic supplies, assisting with running of daily clinic reports, updating sign-in sheets, assisting with staffing issues, and participating in clinic walk-throughs.- Utilizes the Electronic Medical Records and Google file system to input, collect, search, communicate with, and make notes for our patients, including making patient appointments, finding and properly communicating lab results and other patient data.
- Maintains positive and effective working relationships with medical providers, including assisting Clinic Managers with the enforcement of compliance with clinic protocol
- Follows through on missing lab results and other patient matters that are unable to be resolved by other staff members.
- Assists Clinic Managers with the entire flow and operations of assigned clinic shifts, stepping in to resolve questions and issues as needed, and filling in for other positions when necessary.
- Keeps the Clinic Managers informed of clinical issues and other matters on a regular basis.

Job Qualifications
Must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of the Clinic Navigator positions, and fully understand the duties of all other clinical staff positions- Proficiency in software platforms and programs used by MCPC including, but not limited to, the Electronic Medical Records system (Athena, etc.), Google Drive software, Full Slate, WhenIWork, ADP Time & Attendance, Medication Logs, CCR, MEND, NextPatient, 340bWell, and iAssist
- Satisfactory completion of MCPC initial video training, OSHA Safety and Infection Control, HIPAA, and CPR/Basic Lifesaving
