We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join Music City Removal. **Duties:**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Provide technical sales support to clients
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities
- Attend industry networking events to promote business
- Cold calling potential new customers
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in account management, business development, and sales within the multi-family industry
- Strong technical sales skills with a focus on multi-family sales
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in driving sales initiatives
