Looking for early childhood instructors for our start up Mommy and Me music programs and intro to music programs, ages 0 to 6, with dynamic and warm personalities, who love to kids, love to teach and approach each student with the belief that they have talent waiting to be drawn out of them, who live close to Encino or can easily commute. Music Family is an exciting start up Music and Arts School based in the heart of Encino with big ideas in a newly constructed 2000 square foot facility with over 11 private instruction and group rooms and a beautiful recital terrace. We aim to create an inspiring music community that connects all of us as a community and draws out the creativity, compassion, and purpose in each of us, teacher, student, parent.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience.
- Friendly, positive, enthusiastic demeanor, growth mindset thinking is key.
- Affinity for working with young children.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching music.
- Background in music, strong knowledge of music theory and technique.
- Easy commute to our Encino studio. Prefer teacher who reside in the San Fernando Valley or are in process of moving to SFV.
- Responsible, reliable, punctual, and a strong communicator.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
- Develop and implement innovative curriculum to enhance student learning and engagement.
- Ability to adapt teaching style to individual students and align with our school's philosophy.

This is an independent contractor position.
Work setting is in person, but occasional zoom possible if requested by client.
