What are the responsibilities and job description for the Violin Teacher position at Music Masters, LLC?
We are looking to bring a new teacher into the studio! Join our community of passionate and skilled teachers who care deeply about bringing a quality music education to people of all ages and interests.
The ideal candidate will:
- Teach violin and at least one secondary instrument such as piano, guitar, or other instruments
- Be interested in building a full schedule here at Music Masters
- Have a bachelor’s degree or higher in music or a related field
- Have a strong performance background in their main instrument, or demonstrate a high level of technical and pedagogical skill on the instruments they intend to teach
- Have some teaching experience
Some other qualifications that will strengthen a candidate but are not requirements would be:
- An interest in teaching at our summer camps
- Be comfortable/familiar with Zoom for occasional virtual and recorded lessons
