Title: Enhanced Services Supervisor
Hours: 7:00am – 4:00pm, M-F
Main Function: The Enhanced Services Manager is responsible for quality assurance, inventory control (including WFS) and delegating daily tasks within the Enhanced Services department.
General Responsibilities:
Ensure ES Lead and associates complete the following for guitar tech and photo:
§ Inspect each instrument for finish flaws or aesthetic imperfections
§ Check the neck, bridge, tuners, and any other part on the guitar that could be loose or an incorrect fit
§ Test pick up system
§ Adjust intonation
§ Evaluate playability
§ Inspect case integrity
§ Ensure serial numbers, skus, and descriptions agree with corresponding paperwork
§ QC all photos for high quality with proper angles, lighting, and sequence
§ Ensure photo team works quickly and efficiently
Monitor Guitar WFS to ensure the following:
· Entry of short receipts, mis-shipments, and over-shipments in the Receiving WFS – making sure that not only data is entered but also following up on updates of issues submitted.
· Printing/Reviewing the Daily Receiving Short Receipt Report and related emails from the Inventory Control Team.
· Coordinate inventory research with team members as necessary.
- Ensure slotting of skus is entered in a timely manner as needed.
· Maintain 48-hour processing for all inbound returns – use provided resources to do so.
· Overall responsibility for all aspects of the effective supervision, training & development and health, safety & welfare of your team.
· Ensure quality procedures and team quality targets are strictly adhered to.
· Provide feedback to direct manager regarding all performance reviews and performance enhancement plans.
· Accurate communication of company policies and procedures and follow up to ensure associate compliance.
· Strong Communication with manager on observations of Day-to-Day activities.
· Contributing with the overall safety of yourself and others within the WFS work area putting emphasis on the cleanliness of all work areas and equipment maintenance.
· Represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
- Helping to enforce an increased level of personalized feedback to employees on a daily/weekly basis.
In addition to Quality Control and WFS, the Enhanced Services Supervisor is responsible for:
§ Strong communication with the Facility Manager regarding inventory and production
§ Strong communication with Inventory Control in regards to WFS.
§ Recognize and communicate staffing related strategies, as needed, to Facility Manager
§ Delegate administrative duties in the event of absence
§ Coach and develop ES Lead and employees to ensure company safety rules are followed, accuracy with detail, increased production and maintaining a positive environment.
§ Provide feedback on bottlenecks and process deficiencies so corrective measures can be taken.
§ Daily analysis of workflow and resource deployment.
§ Make recommendations when support is required in the warehouse to manage the daily volume.
§ Cross training all employees in other departments within the warehouse.
§ Assist other departments as needed.
Personnel Administration:
· Conduct employee reviews. Help resolve human resource issues as they arise (disciplinary action, hiring, terminations, etc). Send the recorded information to Facility Manager in a timely manner.
· Approval and maintenance of personal and vacation day requests from employees.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
