Teaching Artists - Music Lessons

MusicBreeds Art Hub seeks passionate and dedicated Teaching Artists (Piano, Voice, Drums, Guitar/Ukulele) to provide 1:1 Private and Group music lessons. Our ideal candidates are creative, responsible, and collaborative individuals who can inspire and educate students of all ages and skill levels.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct 1:1 and group music lessons in various instruments and/or vocal training.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needs and group dynamics.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with other teaching artists and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
• Maintain punctuality and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Music, Music Production, Fine/Performing Arts, or a related field.
• Highly recommended: Experience in private lesson teaching and classroom settings.
• Strong English communication skills: Bilingual teachers are highly encouraged to apply.
• Must be able to teach beginner piano regardless of Main Instrument.
• Flexible scheduling availability.
• Demonstrated creativity and ability to engage students.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work collaboratively.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in multiple musical instruments or vocal techniques.
• Experience with music production software and technology.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles.
