- Participant Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for program participants, assisting them with inquiries and directing them to appropriate resources
- Resource Coordination: Identify and coordinate necessary resources and support services for participants, ensuring they have access to the tools they need to succeed
- Program Collaboration: Work closely with program managers and staff to develop and deliver support services that align with program goals and participant needs
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of participant interactions, resource allocations, and service delivery metrics for reporting and evaluation purposes
- Outreach and Engagement: Assist in outreach efforts to promote support services and engage participants in available programs
