Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Guitar Instructor to join our team. As a Guitar Instructor, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality music education to our students. If you are a skilled guitarist committed to teaching and have a love for music, we encourage you to apply.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Music or related field, or equivalent experience in teaching.
- Proficiency in guitar playing with a strong understanding of music theory.
- Experience in teaching individual or group lessons, with a focus on music education.
- A passion for music and the ability to inspire and engage students.
- Flexibility to work at multiple locations, if necessary.
- Proficiency in playing multiple instruments, such as piano, drums, or voice, is a significant advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group guitar lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels.
- Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to each student's needs and goals.
- Instruct students in music theory, technique, and performance skills.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that inspires a love for music.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate students' progress and discuss goals.
- Stay current with teaching methods and music trends to enhance the learning experience.
- Demonstrate flexibility by teaching at multiple locations if required.
- If proficient in additional instruments, offer lessons in those areas as an added value to our students.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
