Muskego Health and Rehab is hiring for a customer service driven Resident Service Coordinator to join our team in Muskego, WI. As the Resident Service Coordinator, you will provide the residents and their families with exceptional customer service and ensure the quality in their stay. Our ideal candidate will come with strong customer service skills in Healthcare.
This position is Full-Time, with some evenings and weekends
Responsibility:
- Support the Admissions and Social Service Department in preparing new admissions or discharges
- Support the Life Enrichment Team in encouraging and notify the residents of the daily activities or events
- Answer call lights and conduct room checks
- Ensure the cleanliness and facility presentation is welcoming and safe for all residents and staff
- Conduct regular surveys in all of the departments to ensure quality satisfaction
- Work on projects and other assign tasks
Requirements/Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of strong customer service experience
- Prior experience in long term care or similar setting is strongly prefer
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a diverse and aging population
