Responsibilities

- Enforce facility rules and regulations consistently and fairly.
- Prepare accurate reports on incidents, inmate behavior, and daily activities.
- Respond to emergencies, utilizing first aid and CPR techniques when required.
- Operate surveillance equipment such as CCTV to monitor facility activities.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills in conflict management and report writing.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in law enforcement or related fields is preferred.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations.
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR; certification is a plus.
- Experience with report writing to document incidents accurately.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems, including CCTV operation.
- Ability to work in a militarized environment, adhering to strict protocols and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must pass background checks and any required pre-employment assessments.
