Key Duties & Responsibilities
Full-Stack Development
- Build and maintain web apps with PHP (Laravel) and Vue.js.
- Develop RESTful APIs and responsive interfaces.
- Ensure seamless front-end and back-end integration.
System Optimization
- Enhance performance, scalability, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve stack-wide issues.
Collaboration
- Work with teams to deliver solutions and maintain code quality.
- Contribute to agile workflows like sprints and standups.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on technologies and improve workflows.
- Document systems and propose architectural enhancements.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Experience
- 5 years of full-stack development experience, with strong back-end and front-end skills.
- Proven experience delivering scalable and user-friendly web applications.
Technical Skills
- Expert knowledge of PHP (Laravel) or similar languages/frameworks.
- Expert knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js, React, or Angular.
- Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL) and query optimization.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration.
- Version control experience (Git) and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- A detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and development.
- Self-motivated with a passion for learning and adopting new technologies.
- Proficiency in the English language (written and verbal)
- Ability to exhibit the Company's Core Values: Empathy, Passion, and Grit.
Bonus if you have:
- Experience with mobile app development in React Native.
- Familiarity with Docker or other containerization tools.
- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
