Key Duties & Responsibilities
Lead Mobile Strategies
- Design scalable mobile architectures in React Native for iOS and Android.
- Define coding standards and advocate for cutting-edge technologies.
Cross-Platform Development
- Build and maintain features, collaborating with designers and product managers.
- Ensure seamless API integration and troubleshoot issues to maintain performance.
Team Leadership
- Mentor the mobile engineering team and conduct code reviews.
- Plan sprints and guide product development for a user-centric experience.
Operational Excellence
- Manage app releases, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Monitor app performance and iterate to enhance reliability and usability.
Drive Innovation
- Stay updated on trends, recommend improvements, and refine features.
- Brainstorm and implement scalable, high-performing solutions.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Experience
- 8 years of experience building and launching mobile applications on iOS and Android.
- 5 years of experience in React Native app development.
- Proven track record of team management or leadership (3 years).
Technical Skills
- Advanced expertise in automated testing for React Native applications.
- Strong understanding of iOS and Android development lifecycles, including App Store/Play Store submission processes.
- Experience integrating and working with external APIs.
- Proficient in Git and agile project management methodologies.
Soft Skills
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and ensure alignment between teams.
- Proficiency in the English language (written and verbal).
