Position
We are seeking an Architect to design and manage projects within MNA's diverse field of expertise including bio-life sciences, education, industrial, and manufacturing. The Architect will be responsible for managing the production efforts of large-scale, complex architectural projects, working with clients, and overseeing the team of architects to ensure project completing within scope.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with Project Managers, Principals, and the Architectural team throughout the project lifecycle to execute project plans - both existing building improvements and new builds of industrial, pharma, and construction projects.
- Work directly with clients to assess needs, identify scopes, and present technical and design solutions.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and building officials to meet overall project objectives.
- Developing, modifying, and reviewing drawings using AutoCAD and REVIT.
- Coach and provide ongoing mentorship to junior Architects.
- Research, organize, and implement life safety requirements, building codes, and industry standards on projects.
- Work with the engineering, design, and architect disciplines to ensure a consistent development and completion of assigned projects.
- Conduct field inspections and surveys as necessary - taking measurements, gathering data required for drafting plans and specifications, and ensuring compliance with contract documents and designs.
- Troubleshoot problems on site and make recommendations to correct and move the project forward without compromising design integrity.
