Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Vice President of Student Affairs at MUST University. The role is located in Deerfield Beach, FL, with the flexibility for some work from home. The Vice President of Student Affairs will be responsible for overseeing marketing and public relations, enrollment management, student conduct, higher education administration, student leadership, alumni relations, and other support services to students.
Qualifications
- Enrollment Management and Higher Education Administration skills
- Experience in Student Conduct
- Proven expertise in Title VI, Title IX, FERPA, ADA, and other relevant laws for ensuring compliance and equity.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid and multi-cultural environment
- Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices
- Master's degree in Higher Education Administration, Student Affairs, or related field. (Doctorate preferred)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Portuguese)
Salary : $140,000 - $170,000
