What will I do:
Forge strong working relationships with customers and fellow employees
Complete daily responsibilities for primary work assignment
Rotate with other program participants to learn different aspects of the company
Receive one-on-one training by experienced Mustang Cat managers
Lunch-and-learn trainings from executive team
Opportunity to work in a family-oriented, highly productive work environment that promotes leadership and career development
Complete presentations and special projects as assigned
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
