The Rental Haul Truck Dispatcher is responsible for dispatching haul truck drivers to job sites and other branch locations as needed. Benefits include: Great Work-Life Balance On-Premise Clinic Opportunity for over-time Tuition Reimbursement Vast Growth Opportunities Job Stability Full-Time Benefits to Include: Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) Employer Matching Paid Vacation, Sick Time, Holidays   As the Rental Haul Truck Dispatcher, you will be the point of contact customers, sales reps, and branch locations regarding the status of equipment deliveries and pick-ups.Responsibilities include: Continuous communication with customers, sales team, branches, and haul drivers Open, review, and close work orders Dispatch haul trucks through Integrated Rental Dispatch Utilize all available tools and resources to fulfill customer orders and branch transfers Position requirements: High school graduate or equivalent Excellent customer service skills Professional communication skills: verbal, written, phone, email, in-person Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications Self-motivated and detail-oriented Able to work in a fast-paced environment Strongly preferred experience: Bilingual English/Spanish Previous dispatch experience Knowledge of CAT equipment Experience with Integrated Rental or equivalent dispatch software Familiar with Houston and surrounding areas
