Location: Katy, Texas
As the Inside Rental Sales Representative, you will provide support for all areas of the branch operations, by coordinating equipment rental orders from initial call from customer, to delivery to jobsite, to return from rental, and finally rental billing.Inside Sales Responsibilities Include:
Primary customer contact at branch in Katy, Texas
Assist customers (over the phone and walk-ins) to determine appropriate rental equipment needs
Assist Outside Sales Representatives to complete rental orders
Dispatch haul trucks
Utilize all available tools and resources to fulfill customer orders
Inside Sales Position Requirements:
College degree in Business, Management, Technical, or other related field
Will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of educational requirements
Professional communication skills: verbal, written, phone, email, in-person
Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to Commute to Katy, Texas
Inside Sales Strongly Preferred Experience:
Bilingual English/Spanish
Knowledge of CAT equipment
Understanding of rental equipment application by our customers
