What You’ll Do:
Deliver exceptional customer service at the parts counter
Accurately process and fulfill parts orders
Assist customers in identifying the right parts for their needs (part numbers, quantities, availability, timelines, and shipping)
Support various Parts Department operations as needed
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of customer service experience (preferably in a related field)
Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
Tech-savvy with strong computer skills
Professional communication (verbal, written, email, phone, in-person)
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Customer-first mindset with a positive, outgoing personality
Self-motivated and driven to exceed expectations

Experience with Cat Systems
Previous experience in heavy equipment, parts, or industrial sectors
