Counter Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Answering the phones in a professional manner
Taking parts orders and assisting customers with parts issues
Processing all parts orders before the end of each workday
Checking in parts as they arrive
Assisting with loading shuttle truck as needed
Make or build hydraulic hoses as needed
Maintaining re-man core tracking and holding area for Warranty and non-Warranty
Collecting payment
Reconcile previous day's credit card receipts
Entering all freight charges on counter and shop tickets
Additional warehouse duties as needed
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Counter Sales Representative Position Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent
At least 2 years experience in a customer service role
Mechanical aptitude
Strong Computer skills
Professional communication skills: verbal, written, email, phone, face-to-face
Ability to work as part of a team and individually to achieve department and company goals
Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
Outgoing, positive personality
Self-motivated, willing to go above and beyond to get the job done
Strongly Preferred:
Bilingual English/Spanish
Knowledge of Cat Systems
Previous experience working in a heavy equipment, parts, or industrial
Salary : $18 - $21
