What You'll Do:
- Deliver exceptional customer service at the parts counter
- Accurately process and fulfill parts orders
- Assist customers in identifying the right parts for their needs (part numbers, quantities, availability, timelines, and shipping)
- Support various Parts Department operations as needed
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of customer service experience (preferably in a related field)
- Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy with strong computer skills
- Professional communication (verbal, written, email, phone, in-person)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Customer-first mindset with a positive, outgoing personality
- Self-motivated and driven to exceed expectations
Bonus Points For:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience with Cat Systems
- Previous experience in heavy equipment, parts, or industrial sectors
