Responsibilities include:
Safe operation of the department- ensure all safety practices, policies, and requirements are followed
Staff management including - staffing, performance and engagement
Inventory control and shuttle truck operations
Manage profitability
Meet and exceed all customer service goals and expectations
Position Requirements:
Associates degree in business or other related field
Will consider relevant work experience in lieu of education requirements
1-3 years of supervisory experience in a parts warehouse environment
Strong Computer skills
Professional communication skills: verbal, written, email, phone, face-to-face
Demonstrated success in a leadership role
Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
Outgoing, positive personality
Self-motivated, willing to go above and beyond to get the job done
Strongly Preferred:
Bilingual English/Spanish
Knowledge of Cat Systems
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
