As a Lead Rental Equipment Shop Mechanic, your primary responsibility is to lead a team and perform maintenance and repairs on Mustang's fleet of rental equipment. Lead Rental Equipment Mechanic Position Requirements: Leadership/Lead Tech experience in a service shop environment Must own proper tools to perform necessary repairs High school graduate or equivalent Previous mechanic work or military experience Understanding of diesel, electrical, and hydraulic systems Ability to demonstrate technical, mechanical, and troubleshooting abilities to define and perform necessary repairs Additional Experience Strongly Preferred for Lead Rental Equipment Mechanic: Associates degree or certificate from a technical school Mechanic experience on heavy and light construction equipment Mechanic experience on aerial and man lift equipment Technical experience with hydraulic pumps, valves, and motors Welding experience #SugarLand  Rental Equipment Mechanic levels and compensation rates are determined by skill set, knowledge, and experience.Curious to hear what it's like to be an industrial machinery technician at Mustang Cat?  Hear firsthand from some of our current engine technicians.
