Rental Store Manager

Mustang Rental Services, a division of Mustang Cat, is looking for a qualified Store Manager to provide overall leadership and management for Mustang's Splendora Branch.  Store Manager Benefits include: Great Work-Life Balance Tuition Reimbursement Vast Growth Opportunities Job Stability Full-Time Benefits to Include: Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) Employer Matching Paid Vacation, Sick Time, Holidays   The Store Manager is responsible for all operations of the Rental facility.   Rental Store Manager Responsibilities include: Hiring and directing staff Directing equipment repairs and make ready Coordinating equipment rental orders from initial call from customer, to delivery to jobsite, to return from rental, and preparation for next rental Branch invoicing, administrative and clerical tasks, and budgeting Representing Mustang in a professional manner inside and outside of the office   Rental Store Manager Position requirements:   A high school education or equivalent College degree preferred, not required. Will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree Minimum of 5 years work experience in the heavy equipment industry Minimum of 3 years in the equipment rental industry Experience managing an equipment rental operation is preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent computer skills and experience working will all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Experience working in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision Must be self-motivated, customer service oriented and organized Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
