Service Supervisor - Marine Services

Mustang Cat is seeking a Service Supervisor to manage, supervise, and perform day-to-day operations of the Marine Services Department. Service Supervisor Benefits: Great Work-Life Balance Tuition Reimbursement Vast Growth Opportunities Job Stability Full-Time Benefits to include: Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) Employer Matching Paid Vacation, Sick Time, Holidays   Service Supervisor Responsibilities: Schedule Technicians to expedite repairs Monitor shop expenses and Technician overtime Produce monthly safety and service meetings, and maintain branch safety folder Maintain Bulk Oil records and shop cleanliness standards Oversee warranty repairs Address customer complaints and concerns Ensure all invoices are collected on time Open, edit, review and invoice work orders Communicate with Product Support Sales Representatives and customers regarding the status of repairs Represent Mustang Cat in a professional manner in and away from the office    Service Supervisor Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree majoring in Management/Business, Agricultural Mechanics, Construction Science or other technical field (will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of educational requirements)   Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role Must have a basic understanding of engines, hydraulic systems, transmissions, A/C, air and hydraulic brake systems, and planetary gear assemblies Knowledge of SIS is preferred Strong computer, communication, and organization skills Must be able to work effectively in high-pressure environments Committed to providing exceptional Customer First service   Strongly Preferred Experience: 2 years of experience in a supervisory role Knowledge of Cat Systems
