Summary:
The Technician for the Mustang Extreme Environmental Services’ (MEES) Floresville, TX, location is responsible for the daily operations of all our service lines such as but no limited to installing above ground storage tanks, composite mats, and geosynthetic liner.
Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
- Ensure all projects meet quality standards per customer’s specifications and/or CQA plan as well as MEES SOP.
- Work with the Project Manager and Crew Leaders to ensure the daily completion activity is accomplished.
- Follow all safety processes and procedures.
- Other job duties as assigned.
Requirements, Knowledge, and Core Competencies:
- Experience with geosynthetic liner installation practices.
- Experience and familiarity with welding of HDPE/LLDPE liner, sewing and heat bonding of geotextiles including maintenance of welding and sewing devices.
- Ability to operate a skid steer or telehandler per MEES SOP.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
- Ability to work in all weather.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Must have valid driver’s license and good driver history to be an approved driver for the company.

Working Environment:
Typical outdoor/field working environment. Ability to perform all essential job functions with reasonable accommodations compliant with EEOC enforced ADA guidelines. This position is primarily outdoors, consistent with a standard field-based position. Must be able to physically perform the basic life operational functions of climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions. Includes travel to clients’ project sites and local and out of state offices of the company and its customers as necessary and requires valid driver’s license.
