Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and develop relationships with real estate investors, agents, and industry professionals.
- Networking & Market Presence: Attend industry events, meetups, and networking functions to expand deal flow and brand awareness.
- Consultative Selling: Educate clients on hard money loan programs and structure financing solutions based on their investment needs.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an active and organized pipeline of prospective borrowers in our CRM.
