What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sign Production / Sign Maker (experience required) position at Mustang Signs?

We are looking for someone that is highly motivated, coachable, quick learner with a great eye for attention to detail. You will be working in a high-energy environment with other people working as a team.
The production specialist is responsible for all aspects of the physical construction and assembling of signs. Sign assembly includes preparing substrates and applying vinyl or other media according to written instructions. Also, mounting and/or laminating prints and operating and setting up the laminator for over-laminating is required. Proofreading signs and conducting quality assurance to ensure the accuracy of signs is required.
You will need to be able to work in a busy work environment, must be good with hand tools, power tools and have the physical stamina to produce signs in a timely manner.
