**What You’ll Do:**
- Oversee all HR functions including hiring, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance
- Provide leadership and guidance on employee matters with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Ensure compliance with Idaho labor laws and industry regulations
- Maintain and improve our HR systems and processes (we love software – and we use it!)
- Handle tough conversations and sensitive issues with confidence and tact
- Help build a strong, people-first culture as we scale
