HR Specialist

Mustang Transportation is a fast-growing bus transportation company built on reliability, teamwork, and doing things the right way. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a skilled **HR Specialist** to help us strengthen our team and navigate the challenges that come with rapid growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems, and isn’t afraid to jump in and figure things out.

**What You’ll Do:**

• Oversee all HR functions including hiring, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance
• Provide leadership and guidance on employee matters with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Ensure compliance with Idaho labor laws and industry regulations
• Maintain and improve our HR systems and processes (we love software – and we use it!)
• Handle tough conversations and sensitive issues with confidence and tact
• Help build a strong, people-first culture as we scale

**What We’re Looking For:** - Proven experience in Human Resources management (preferably in a transportation or logistics environment)

• Strong working knowledge of **Idaho labor laws**
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning and using modern HR software and platforms
• A calm, solutions-oriented approach to conflict or high-pressure situations
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels
• Someone who is self-motivated, adaptable, and doesn’t wait around for instructions
