Overview
Do you take pride in creating fresh-baked goods and enjoy working in a lively environment? Join our team at Mustard Seed, where we bake premium breads, pastries, and other treats to complement our delicious breakfast and lunch offerings.
We’re looking for a baker 4-5 days a week, Tuesday through Friday and some Saturdays, starting around 8:00am and typically finishing around 12:00pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Set Up: Prepare a plan for the day's tasks, working with management on deciding the desserts, pastries, and other items that will need to be prepared that day.
- Bake Goods: Execute the plan to craft a variety of breads, pastries, desserts, and other items, ensuring they meet our high standards for taste, texture, and presentation.
- Prep, Stocking, and Cleaning: Assist with dough preparation, restock supplies, and maintain a clean, organized kitchen throughout the day.
